Tulip Blue Parrot is a striking late-spring flowering variety, admired for its ruffled petals in beautiful shades of lavender, mauve, and violet-blue. First introduced in 1927, it was bred from the renowned Tulip Bleu Aimable. It was also famously featured by Bunny Mellon in the White House Rose Garden in 1962, further cementing its place as a classic garden favourite.
